The Washington State Department of Licensing teamed with DHC to launch the "Endorse Your Sport" campaign to help reduce the motorcycle fatality rate. The program aims to encourage riders to equip themselves with the proper education and skills to keep themselves safe on the road. Incorporating a statewide media buy, channel on YouTube, on-air radio contests around the state and the launch of a Twitter page, this campaign has built some momentum over the last three years. As another aspect of the campaign, our own Nick Lawhead recently worked with DOL to organize a media tour to raise awareness about the Motorcycle Safety Program. Click the link above to learn more.

Hogan Program's Annual Event
On Saturday, April 4th, the Gonzaga University Hogan Entrepreneurial Leadership Program held its annual event to honor Ed Hogan, the Hogan family as well as Gonzaga?s 25th President Fr. Spitzer for their support of the program. As this is Fr. Spitzer?s last year as president of Gonzaga University, the Hogan Program decided to hold a more formal program and asked DHC team member, and alumnus from the first graduating Hogan class of 2004, Sarah Schwering, to speak on behalf of all Hogan alumni about what she has gained having been a part of the program. After hearing from Hogan supporters Fred Brown, Ed Hogan and Fr. Spitzer, attendees heard Sarah give the closing speech that wrapped up the event. In addition to Sarah?s involvement, DHC team member Kristen Paul was also a Hogan graduate and DHC partner Michelle Hege is a past Hogan Program Advisory Board Chair. DHC is proud to support the Hogan Program and will continue to do so in the future!
